Lavender Lemonade

1 gallon lemonade (fresh-squeezed or from concentrate)

1 cup lavender tea

Ice
-
Lavender sprigs for garnish
Instructions
Pour the tea into the lemonade and mix. Add plenty of ice and a lavender sprig in each glass for a garnish.
NOTE: From concentrate, mix one can with 2 cups water and 1 cup tea.
Hand Squeezed Lemonade: (makes 1 gallon)
In a half-gallon of water, combine two cups of sugar and one and one-half cups of lemon juice. Stir until well mixed.
Lavender Tea
Using one lavender tea bag, steep in one cup of hot water for 15 minutes.
Lavender Lemon Cocktail

2 oz Gin

1 oz Lavender Simple Syrup

1 tsp honey
-
1 oz freshly-squeezed Lemon Juice
Instructions
Add the gin and honey into a shaker and stir to dissolve the honey. Add in the remaining ingredients. Fill shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a cocktail coupe. Garnish with a sprig of lavender. Cheers!
Lavender Simple Syrup
Bring one cup of sugar and one cup of water to a boil. Add one tablespoon of dried lavender flowers. Remove from heat and let sit for 15 minutes, then strain out flowers. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
