The Tilly
- 1.5 oz Wonderbird Gin
- 0.5 oz Cointreau
- 0.25 tsp Aperol
- 0.5 oz fresh-squeezed lemon juice
Wonderbird Spirits is a grain-to-glass gin distillery located just outside of Oxford, Mississippi. They make their base spirit out of rice from the Mississippi Delta, and then distill each of their ten botanicals individually in micro-distillations to create a uniquely sippable and complex gin. Their gin is now available in MS, LA, TN, AL, FL, and via the online retailer Seelbach's.
