Easy at Home Pasta
Elvies | Jackson, Mississippi

Ingredients

• 2 cups flour
• 2 whole eggs
• 2 egg yolks

Directions

1. Mix ingredients together (I use a KitchenAid mixer at home) and kneed with a dough hook. If the dough seems a little dry, add a splash of olive oil, and continue to mix.
2. Take out of the bowl and kneed into a ball. Wrap and place in fridge for 1 hour (this dough freezes well too!).
3. Remove from fridge and roll out the dough. You can use a hand crank or even just a bottle of wine! If usinga  wine bottle, roll the dough till very thin, and heavily flour the dough. Fold the dough onto itself a few times and cut noodles by hand with a knife into whatever shape you desire. Once pasta is cut, be sure to toss in flour again so it doesn’t stick.
4. Cook pasta, strain and add your favorite store-bought or homemade sauce!
