Rare Bird: Nashville's Newest Rooftop Bar

Beautiful views of vast cityscapes, twinkling string lights, and soft breezes only enhance magical evenings in these diamonds in the sky—and they're having a moment. Rooftop bars are popping up, literally, in cities across the South. One rooftop bar in particular is making a splash in the Nashville scene, and it's perched atop Nashville's newest hotel.

Rare Bird is located above the 12th floor of the much-buzzed-about Noelle. Rare Bird has unique views of Nashville’s downtown skyline including the Cumberland River, Nissan Stadium, and the Shelby Street Bridge. Overlooking historic Printer’s Alley, Rare Bird was designed by Noelle’s architect, Nick Dryden of Dryden Architecture & Design (DAAD) and features a large bar area and cozy seating around two limestone fireplaces. The team at DAAD continued their commitment to local Nashville makers by featuring custom leather and steel bar stools by Emil Erwin, a custom zinc top bar by Tate Ornamental, and custom upholstery by electra eggleston Fine Textiles.

Draft cocktails and uncaged spirits abound in this colorful airborne bar scene overlooking downtown. The menu will include seasonal cocktails, draft beer, wine and 2 frozen machines featuring frosé and friesling. A small food menu will also be offered featuring raw oysters, crudo, olives, and hummus, with more to come!
