Viva Mexico: Homebound Happy Hour

We might not be able to go on vacation right now, but that doesn't mean we can't pretend! This cocktail from the Royalton Suites Cancun will transport you straight to Mexico. 

• Ingredients: 
• 1.5 ounces Tequila or Mezcal
• 1.5 ounces Watermelon Liquor
• 4 Mint Leaves
• 1 ounce of Lemon Juice
• .5 ounces of Simple Syrup 
• Recipe:
• Place a mint leaf at the bottom and then add ice up to the middle of your glass, then combine the watermelon liquor, simple syrup, lemon juice and tequila in a shaker glass or separate glass. Once fully mixed, pour the concoction over the bed ice, add extra mint leaves as a garnish and enjoy it.
