A birthday celebration is scheduled for Sugar Bear, the resort’s official mascot, and it will include the Great Bear Race, treats, cake, and ice cream. Guests 12 and under can dress in their favorite Easter costume and hit the slopes with Sugar Bear in the annual Easter egg hunt. The eggs are filled with great prizes, including a 2024-25 season pass.

French Swiss Ski College is known as the destination for learning how to ski or snowboard, and it’s located on Appalachian Ski Mountain in Boone. The family-friendly resort has been hosting family and friends since it opened in 1962, and it added the renowned ski college just a few years later. The instructors have taught more than one million skiers and snowboarders since 1969, and it’s the go-to destination for anyone interested in learning how to partake in snow sports.
